24 Productions (“we”, “us”) is a creative production agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you contact us, including through our forms and our ads on Facebook and Instagram, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you fill in one of our forms or message us, we may collect:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your company or brand name
- Details about your project, such as the type of production you need and your budget range
- Anything else you choose to share with us in messages or calls
If you reach us through a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead form, Meta may pre-fill some of these details from your profile. You can review and edit them before you submit.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and understand what you need
- To prepare and send you a quote or proposal
- To follow up about your project by phone, WhatsApp or email
- To deliver and manage any work you book with us
- To improve our services and advertising
We only contact you about your enquiry and our related services, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as messaging, email and file storage tools, and only for that purpose
- Meta, where you submit information through its platforms, under Meta’s own privacy policy
- Authorities, where the law requires it
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as needed to deliver our services and meet legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete or anonymise them.
How we protect it
We store your information in secure, access-controlled systems and limit access to the people on our team who need it to work on your enquiry.
Your rights
In line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you for follow-ups or marketing
